Welcome to the Aries Equinox Challenge – a guided journey through one of the four great solar thresholds of the year.
Twice a year, the equinox brings day and night into balance. In astrology, the Aries Equinox marks the beginning of a new astrological cycle — a moment of ignition, initiation, and fresh possibility.
Over the next five challenges, you’ll gradually build momentum by clearing space, igniting vitality, transforming past experiences, regulating your system, and finally creating your Treasure Map.
Each step is simple and practical, designed to help you align your life with the energy of this seasonal threshold.

Clear Your Space
As we move through the final degrees of Pisces and prepare to enter Aries, the invitation is to clear space for the new cycle that is about to begin.
This first challenge focuses on creating coherence in your physical environment. The goal isn’t simply tidying – it’s removing visual noise and distractions so your space reflects who you are becoming.
Each area you clear becomes a declaration:
“This is who I am now.”
The Challenge
• Identify an area of clutter in your home, workspace, car, or digital environment
• Take a before photo
• Clear and organize the space
• Take an after photo
Complete the Challenge
• Submit your before-and-after photos through the challenge form to earn your raffle entry
• Share your progress in the community group for bonus entries and inspiration
Ignite Your Body
Now that you’ve created greater coherence in your environment, it’s time to bring that alignment into your body.
This week, you’ll:
- ️ Commit to daily, intentional movement
- Reignite your life force and vitality
- Shift stagnant energy into flow
- Build momentum in your body (not just your mind)
Aries energy is movement. It’s the spark that initiates. The fire that brings things to life.
But remember, this doesn’t need to be intense physical activity…
This isn’t about pushing your body, burning calories, or doing anything extreme.
It’s about intention… about generating a little heat, awakening energy and bringing yourself further into connection with your body.
That could be a gentle walk, stretching, dancing in your kitchen, or simply moving in a way that feels good to you.
You’ve got this!
Complete the Challenge
• Track the days you complete your movement practice using the challenge tracker
• Submit the total number of days you moved in the challenge form to earn your raffle entry
• Share a photo of yourself in motion in the community group for bonus entries
Composting
Now that energy is moving again, it’s time to release what’s no longer meant to come with you.
This week, you’ll:
- ️Identify what feels complete or outgrown
- Consciously release it: physically, emotionally, or symbolically
- Transform what you’re letting go of into fuel for what’s next
- Create space for something new to take root
Aries may be the spark of initiation… but every new beginning requires something to end.
And this is where the real power lies.
Because when you release something consciously, you don’t lose its energy… you transform it.
In nature, nothing is wasted. What has completed its cycle becomes nourishment for what comes next.
And in this challenge, you’re doing the same.
Your past isn’t something you simply cut away… it’s something you alchemize.
Something you allow to become fuel for what you’re stepping into.
So you’re not starting from scratch, you’re building from everything you’ve already lived, learned, and outgrown.

Regulate Your System
The state you create from matters.
Before we move into vision creation, this challenge focuses on regulating what Amanda calls your electrical circuitry — the nervous system that influences clarity, creativity, and imagination.
By creating internal coherence, you prepare yourself to build your vision from a place of calm alignment rather than stress.

Create Your Treasure Map
This is the culmination of the Aries Equinox Challenge.
After clearing space, igniting vitality, composting the past, and regulating your system, you are ready to create your Treasure Map — an astrologically timed vision board designed to help you plant the seeds for the year ahead.
This practice aligns with the Aries New Moon, the most powerful moment of the year to initiate a new cycle.
